Shipping policy

Out of Frames ships within New Zealand only.

All prints are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–7 working days for your print to be produced, packaged, and dispatched.

Orders are shipped via NZ Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location once dispatched.

A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us at outofframes.art@gmail.com.
